Fidelis Care - Inwood Community Office

I've been using Fidelis for the past 5 years and I've stayed because of my Fidelis representative Lillian Carrasquillo. She has been absolutely great helping me navigate the new policies and procedures after adding my husband to my plan. She handles all the paperwork for my family and makes it easier for me to manage our health care. Fidelis gets a bad reputation but Lillian makes it worth staying with Fidelis.

The process was fast, smooth, and stress-free thanks to her patience and clear explanations. She made sure I understood all my options and guided me through every step. I truly appreciate Her professionalism and kindness—it made such a difference. Highly recommend working with Lillian if you need help with insurance!

Please People don't get Fidelis this Insurance is a waste of time. I been waiting 3 months for a Operation and a MRI. and I was schedule for my Appoitment 1 day before they call saying that the Insurance Denied it. what a nice way to go and treat American People. and in the process of joining the Military. Fidelis is Garbage.
