Betty and her team have been helping my business and personal insurance needs for the last 3 years. Everything from personal car insurance, to business general liability & errors and omissions, my experience with FIC has been awesome! Always a pleasant voice to answer the phones and very fast in getting back to you for COI insurance papers. I literally ask for about 80 a year and never once have they not been timely in getting my request. I would highly recommend anyone to use them for there insurance needs. I recently moved to Weston, and saw their office in the plaza and decided to get an insurance quote. We always knew we were paying too much for our homeowners and auto insurance policies, but I never knew I could save this much. I was just in here last week to talk to agent Peter about insurance and financial services. I liked this office because the location is easy to get to and there's a big, free parking lot. This agency was clean, neat, organized and the people there were very friendly. I did not wait at all and got to speak to the agent immediately. He was very knowledgable about insurance and financial services and had great recommendations about what kind of coverages I would need, what I really didn't need, how much everything would cost and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.
