My Dad got a $20.00 increase on his truck insurance and he wanted me to call to inquire as to why. The guy I talked to said it was a general increase. The guy said it is just $20.00. The guy said that $20.00 is not a lot of money and my Dad should just pay it. My Dad is retired and on a fixed income and $20.00 is a lot of money. The guy at Nationwide did not agree that $20.00 is a lot of money, but for someone on a fix income it is a lot of money. The guy I talked to was very arrogant and enough said.
