I called this morning and spoke to Akesia to register for dental coverage due to a QLE via Benefeds. She demostrat3d excellent customer service skills. She answered all my questions, was very nice and efficient. She is the epitome of what a customer service rep should be.
My mother paid LTCP premiums for over 10 years. When she finally needed long-term care, LTCP insisted upon additional paper work, phones calls, and more paper work. We wound up paying the bills for her care. Would highly recommend checking out their rating with the Better Business Bureau and looking at the Consumer Report reviews.
i have just received a " confirmation ! of future purchase option increase " i have not been notified of any option for an increase of my premium and object and forbid your withdrawing any additional deduction .
