So I got into a car accident on Thursday evening. I was in a rent a car by Friday morning. This is my first and hopefully last accident. This company overall has made this difficult time a very stress less experience. Every step of the way and every individual that I have spoken with has been understanding. I will stay with this company as long as they remain in business.

This "Father and Son" show is comical. The house where they do business -- if you call it a house -- looks like it could double as a house of ill repute -- it is about 300 square feet in size and was built in the 1800s and has a pungent mildew smell....there was actually a mouse running around when I entered. They must be doing well financially if this is the best they can do. The father is about five foot eight and looks like he hasn't seen a treadmill in his lifetime. The son obviously joined the business because he had no other options....Throughout the initial appt, the Papa was badmouthing his son....what an experience.
