OMG all I wanted was them to send a fax to my lien holder like they require once a year and was told that they would not send a fax for me. .. Actually laughed at me. We have had a problem with Vanderbilt for years and they require a fax yearly for proof of insurance. And was flat out told today They would not do this for us. Didn't know a fax was to high to send. They could have added that cost to my policy .. Not very friendly people and will be contacting corporate office .. Have ALWAYS been nice to these people .. Guess I asked them to maybe do to much.
Farmers Mutual has carried my home owner insurance since 1983. I've been well pleased with my coverage. My agent, Ed Galyean is the best. He's always been so kind and helpful with my needs.
