Farmers Mutual Insurance Co

We have switched from Farmers Mutual to State Farm. By choosing State Farm, we found insurance that is significantly less expensive and offers more coverage. The customer service at State Farm has been excellent. Our savings range from 13% to 38%, depending on our chosen bundle package. We have also used State Farm for other properties we own, and can confidently say that we have always been treated wonderfully, which reassures us about our decision.

Terrible service. Who goes on someone's property when they aren't home just to take pictures. Honestly they are the worst type of business to deal with. They are somebody who will willingly take advantage of you and not even ask a question. I highly do not recommend you ever use this service. Honestly they would be better if they just listened to their customers.

The website is a little tricky to log into if you can't find your policy number (keep that handy) but otherwise it's easy to use. The company itself is great.

This company refuses to cover houses with rottweilers and pit bulls in it. When they know nothing about the dogs they discriminate. My dogs work with kids at the P.A.C.E program but they still aren't allowed because of their breed. This company is still in the 90s.

I didn't get to see my agent but he was understanding and he help me get what i need.
