Really good and fast. We have a household of 6 with 4 phones, 8 tv's, 3 tablets, 3 laptops, 3 Xbox and a switch and it very rarely lags. We've had it for a few months now and never had an issue with it so far. The man that came out to install it was very nice and respectful and made sure to explain everything and answered any questions and made sure I understood the answers. I would recommend them. I just wish they was in more areas so my mom could get them too.

I called them a couple of times about service when they were putting up their tower in my town, only heard back from them once. Decided not to go with them because they claimed they didn't have contracts but they did charge a deposit or equipment fee or some nonsense that they kept if you didn't have their service for so many years. So literally a contract. After their tower was up I discovered it has completely ruined cellphone service in my tiny town. I live several blocks from the tower and never had a problem in my home. Now service is spotty, at best. Anything closer to the tower is a 100% dead zone. No signal at all. I've tried calling them since and left messages asking for a call back about their service. Basically I was desperate to have some sort of data at my place. Never have

Fiber internet is FAST. Pretty pricey but worth it if you WFH. Hoping will be able to get they're service in Brighton just as good as Wayland.

Twice this week we come home to no internet. Called after hours number and was told if we haven't got a call by Tuesday to call main office again. Not to happy considering it's Friday. Constantly having problems always blaming router. So we are paying for their router and still having same issue.

they charge way too much, force you to have terrible tv and telephone, and they make you pay almost double if you dont pay on time! bettter yet you cant even go through someone else if you live in wayland unless you want satelite good luck playing xbox live or any other complex games.! Monopoly is supposed to be illegal but somehow they still exist "legally"
