Farmers Insurance - Yanelis Jinete

Did not return my repeated calls. When they finally did they gave me the wrong home insurance policy that I asked for (needed replacement cost coverage for my mortgage) which almost delayed my closing. Then they did not cancel my policy when asked as they never responded to my emails or calls, luckily I never signed up for auto pay.

There is a lot of experience and knowledge here. Worth it for sure. Fast experience so far but I'm looking for been a customer as much as I can. 10/10

Yanelis is by far the best insurance agent out there. Being young and having little to no knowledge regarding insurance, I was extremely nervous. However, she's worked with me through and through, with much patience and kindness, and all of the staff is amazing! I would recommend everyone to go to her!

Finally found an insurance place that I trust! Yanelis was awesome and super knowledgeable, explained things in a way to ensure I understood everything, even wrote things down for me. She went above and beyond even after dealing with a rather upset customer right before me. Even those people left with a smile on their face!
