The pricing was very competitive...I had 4 policies with Allstate...two auto and two homes.....Farmenrs saved me $700 overall for the exact same coverage. Why I was even looking is because I had not heard a word from the sales agent until a month before my renewal date....and that was an email showing the coming invoice for renewal. No personal call...For my money customer service is a requirement. I made the mistake of going online requesting updated pricing.....OMG I received 30 calls and emails from every insurance company in business it seemed like. The honest reason I went with Farmers was because of the personal touch of the customer service Rep Tammy Wittman... my industry is sales...she was the easiest person I have ever delt with over the phone. Moving to a new state always creates issues. William was able to make the process simple (for me). The price was considerably less than any other companies had quoted me. All in all a very good experience. Thanks Bill!
