Farmers Insurance - Violeta Uribe Aviles

Violeta is an amazing insurance agent and really made me want to stay a farmers client. Her office is incredibly inviting and her professional manner was above and beyond. She's able to really get into detail about your policy (s) and help you bundle and save. What I loved most was she truly focused on what I needed and what my finances could afford so IF anything happens I'm going to be okay and so will my family. I truly appreciate Mrs. Uribe and highly recommend her and her office to take care of your insurance needs. Thank you Violeta!

Please disregard my previous review. There was a HUGE misunderstanding and I haven't been able to delete my other review. Violeta and Isaac are both great! Isaac has spent a ton of time on the phone with me getting my policy straightened out. I would highly recommend using Violeta with Farmer's. But ask for Isaac :)

Violet went above and beyond and went to the house we wanted insured and took pictures and called the fire department and city to try and get our well certified in case of a fire because there isn’t a fire hydrant within 1000 feet of our house and so the cost of our Insurnace was going to be outrageous. I have never met a better Insurnace agent and she is so happy while she does it all!!!

It’s all fine and good until they need documentation from you. I sent all the requested paperwork and then a few days later I receive a letter stating they weren’t renewing my policing because they didn’t receive the requested information. I reached out asking what they were missing and never got a response. Poor communication.

Ive had farmers insurance for a long time at least 20 yrs. My agent i had retired. He was almost always in his office to help when needed. I got switched to this agent. I have had her for almost a year have never meet her. If it wasn't for Matt which is the person at the front desk and who answers the phone I'd probably switch to someone else
