Farmers Insurance - Todd Gillett

Todd was my agent before I moved out of the US. Called earlier today to obtain insurance documentation, spoke with Carmell Gillett, and she was courteous, efficient, and I got everything I needed over the phone. She went above and beyond for a PAST customer! This is what a good agency looks like!

Their staff pays attention to detail, is quickly responsive, up front and honest. I have been with a few different companies over the years, both major and local, and they always disappointed with their lack professionalism, including call backs, or lack of up front disclosure and genuine honesty. I came across Todd & Team from a coworker. I couldn't be more pleased with their services. Not only is he and his teams' services top notch, but they also found me the best prices (and boy did I ever shop around!)

I enjoyed meeting with Todd and I am going to move all my insurance needs to his office. He knows what he is talking about and was very professional.

Todd has carried my insurance needs, fast on getting whatever you need filed quickly and always friendly!!

Spoke with Todd today, It was refreshing to talk to an agent who really has the best interest of the customer!
