Farmers Insurance - Thuy Dao

HORRIBLE AGENT WHO REPRESENTS FARMERS INSURANCE. My mother went to Thuy to have her fill out a verification of identity document today per her regular insurance agent who directed her to Thuy’s office. Thuy had all the documentation she needed to do her job yet she refused to service my mother who is a senior citizen. Thuy told my mother she “didn’t know her and did not feel comfortable processing her paperwork”. When do you have to have a personal relationship to do your job? Thuy is a bad representation of what Farmers Insurance stands for. This was very very discriminatory as my mother did not look like Thuy and or come from the same ethnic background so therefore she was refused service by Thuy for that reason. This country has enough racially motivated crimes and Thuy has added
