I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can be aware. My family has been insured through Teresa for many years. After my parents retired and moved out of the country, I took over the family policy and was shocked to find several unnecessary add-ons, including a life insurance policy that had been purchased for me when I was 19. We ended up canceling that policy a couple years ago, but it was frustrating to realize it had been sold to us in the first place. Teresa comes across as very sales-driven, prioritizing upselling over genuinely helping clients understand their coverage.
