Farmers Insurance Tell City

I am VERY disappointed with the service I received from Phillip Simpson!!! My rates went up dramatically this year and he never bothered to contact me. When I called him he gave me a weak excuse and said he’d find other coverage for me. I went on my own and found other coverage and have called him at least 15 times and he has NEVER returned my call. I had to go online and cancel the policies.

Phillip spent a lot of time on the phone with us to insure we had the proper coverage and a full understanding of everything and never seemed frustrated to do so. He was able to save us a large amount of money on our yearly premiums for the same coverage that we had with a competitor. Thank you Phillip!!!
