Farmers Insurance - Steven Stotmeister

Very dissatisfied with the customer service of both Steven Stotmeister and Josh Swenson. Called and emailed to cancel a homeowner’s policy effective on 4/2/21. After several emails back and forth (& no refund check) they assured me that it was cancelled. FINALLY after two months, I contacted Corporate and lo & behold! The policy was still ACTIVE! 😡 When I called to inform them, they couldn’t care less, all they could do was try to defend their inadequate actions. Nothing about “So sorry, we’ll take care of this right away!” NOTHING! Pathetic guys! Take some classes on how to deal with customers! 😒
