Vince was very diligent in explaining all the different things that go along with a Homeowners policy. While I tallied around about what deductible I wanted, extra coverages etc., he never sounded annoyed about my many questions. But, what I really appreciated was that when I asked for a quote with a different DEDUCTIBLE because of price, he didn't change the AMOUNT of coverage. He just gave me the new cost with the DIFFERENT DEDUCTIBLE. Vince was honest and forthright and I appreciate all he did for me.
