Farmers Insurance - Sadaf Aftab

I have been using Sadaf for years and I am very impressed by her, and the staffs patience and professionalism when it comes to my questions along with all my Insurance needs. They go out of their way to always help with my needs. Very happy with her and highly recommend her services.

I have had an amazing experience with Sadaf and her team. All of them worked diligently to get me the auto insurance I needed after moving to AZ from NYC. Would not recommend this agent. Lacks communication and terrible customer service/support. I sent a request to cancel a policy and sadaf confirmed receipt. Then we get a renewal notice and it was never cancelled. Then as we tried following up would not respond to emails or correspondence. After following up through another avenue with corporate it turns out our cancellation was never processed. Mistakes happens as it seems our cancellation wasn't processed even though it was confirmed however, it could've been as simple as just saying that instead of not responding and forcing us to go through other avenues for support. The last place you'd want poor communication and service is insurance - thankfully, ours was just for cancelling a policy and not an accident.

After 38 years at ASU I retired as a Professor. I have written many hundreds of letters of recommendation in that time, but I want to be brief here so that this is easily readable. A straight-forward example of this is how much money she saved me in my annual insurance payments while retaining the same level of coverage as on my previous Farmers Insurances. As an ASU employee I was entitled to payroll deduction for my auto insurance and cost savings based on the Group policy for ASU for my Farmers Auto Insurance. Separately my homeowners’ insurance was also from Farmers Insurance and I interacted separately with these two Farmers programs. I can’t say enough good things about Sadaf and her team! I woke up to a flooded house, sent her a text and she immediately responded in the middle of the night advising me on the next steps and has checked on me everyday answering all my questions anytime!
