Farmers Insurance - Ryan Brady

Working with Ryan Brady at Farmers Insurance has been a pleasure. He is always available, responsive, and seems to always be looking out for my best interests. I have auto and renters coverage with Ryan. Recently when I had an auto claim, Ryan contacted me to make sure I was ok and gave me suggestions for where to take to my vehicle for quotes. I had contacted the 800# at Farmers and they handled everything so I was pleasantly surprised when Ryan followed up with me...it made me feel respected, like I wasn't just a number. He also has gone the extra mile to help me address some other concerns I've had and worked out some solutions for me as he is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Ryan has great follow up and is right on time, as promised
