For years I overpaid for a horrible premium. I finally decided to shop around and cancel my policy on June 29,2018. I waited because when I had tried to inquiry in January I was told by an agent nothing could be done until my renewal in July 2018. I did get quotes from them but unfortunately I found a better policy elsewhere. When I called on Friday they told me they were going to send me a form but they never did. I sent an email again no response. I then called again and the most wonderful Penelope Koehler answered and when I told her again I wanted to cancel and what had happened, she told me the account had to be reviewed and placed me on hold then told me she had sent me quotes. I couldn't be happier with my experience these last 4 years. Being a first time homebuyer at 26, you could imagine I had a lot of questions. The first 2 years in my house someone crashed into my fence and then my roof was damaged by a major hail storm. Both of these experiences were extremely stressful and out of the ordinary, even for veteran home owners. Luckily, I had the support of my amazing agents to help me through it all.
