My plumbing company has been in business for over Five years, and Ben and Ruby are the best insurance people I have ever had. They go above and beyond to make sure my policies stay intact, they do not miss any details, and are very friendly and easy to work with. I've been driving for just over half my life and in that time I've had three insurance agents over two companies, I won't mention the previous company but I will say it rhymes with Smallstate. With them I was always directed to call the automated line and almost never worked directly with my agent. Ruby on the other hand is the complete opposite. She's always ready to hear me out and assist in anyway possible and if she's not available one of her team members seems to always know exactly what I'm calling about.
