Farmers Insurance - R.Todd Henderson

My current policy was coming up for renewal and I couldn’t find an auto and home policy that saved me money. When Todd contacted me he was so friendly and knowledgeable about how to get the best bang for my buck. It took a few days but he came back with a quote that saved me hundreds of dollars. In this economy, we all understand how beneficial that is! My current home insurance policy was increasing by $800 out of nowhere which would cause my escrow/mortgage payment to go up tremendously. It was time to channel my inner N’sync and say Bye! Bye! Bye! I spoke with Leanne as well and she was just as sweet as Todd. As of 1/26/26 I am satisfied with the customer service, although my policy doesn’t go into effect until 2/11/26. I hope the next 6 months are professional as the first few day

After calling Todd Henderson’s office, he called back the same day. We spoke at length, taking time to explain plenty of details & differences. When I texted back questions late that evening, he even responded right away (during his own personal evening time). Again, he called the following day with more details so all my questions were thoroughly answered. Todd went out of his way to give superior service!
