Farmers Insurance - Rodrigo Ruvalcaba

As the other one star reviews have mentioned, Rodrigo is very irresponsible and is NEVER available for a call or he is "with a client right now". The ladies are always nice and try to help with questions but I don't like the fact that they are covering for him and it's getting old very fast. Look elsewhere for insurance and an agent that is worth something more than dirt.

I have been with this agency in particular For 2 policies a total of 6months each This third upcoming policy ended up being 228 dollars ended being a 100 dollars more just for liability ended up calling in twice to see if they would work with me on maybe lowering it each time I was told that I would get a call back before the work day ended and receive nothing as such got a little irritated after second call due to that fact that the first time I talked with rodrigo himself and your prior service I my self am prior service and I know that my word means a lot if you say your gonna do something you should honor your word and do it especially when people are paying for coverage this is a big let down in eyes

There's 3 other farmers agents in town,I strongly suggest anyone looking for insurance try 1 of the other Farmers agents in Garden City because this guy will absolutely do NOTHING when it comes to any type of claim unless he benefits off of it in some way
