This particular site where Farmers agency has been for a long while, has changed hands twice. Robert Olech is the new agent and agency owner. My experience with him has been brief. But it has not been good. He was totally unprofessional and unwilling to solve a simple problem due to lack of communication on the agencies claims department. I definitely would not recommend him for your insurance needs if you value professionalism, awesome communication that is non biased and overall positivity.
They were very informative when I asked for a quote to compare apples to apples. They gave me the quote I asked for but also helped me understand how some of the coverage I thought I had really wasn't enough so I decided to make some changes to my home owners insurance.
I feel like family every time I talk with the Olech agency. I recommend them to anyone looking for personalized, professional insurance services. Thank you for all you do!
