It is so easy to work with Rick and Marsha. They are down to earth and understand that we are all hard working people that need a good deal on our insurance. It was so nice to be able to get quotes from more than one insurance carrier in their office. I was able to save $50 a month on my car insurance. AND I know that my contact information will not be spread all over the country.

I have been insured with Rick Savage and families insurance company since 1998. Excellent people! Very friendly very courteous and will beat anybody's price around. This is one of the kind of places that you go to and you feel like you're apart of the family.

LOVE Mr. Rick and Mrs. Marsha!!! They have ALWAYS been so helpful to us for our needs. We had a claim for the first time in YEARS and even if there wasn't any new information for me they still called to let me know they hadn't forgotten me!! Very kind...and Mr. Rick...due to our age difference is very father like when I ask for suggestions or what I should do!!! He doesn't push anything but just strongly suggest!!! Very nice people!!

They searched and searched for me the cheapest insurance- and beat all my quotes in Livingston by over 50$. Great team, very friendly. Cute dogs too!!😄

Dishonest about what is/isn't covered by policy. Dishonest about policy cost. Very rude with clients. No need for their services, you can just call directly and get a better/same deal. Avoid these people, they will hustle and scam you.
