Zero stars is my real review. Absolutely horrible company! They are incompetent, and more than happy to charge you for their insurance, but when they owe you a refund for overcharging you, don't hold your breathe. They prorate out your payments over your policy term, then if you drop one car off, they owe you money for the overcharge since the car isn't on the policy for the entire term. Asked them to remove the car 10/09/17, emailed confirmation, they didn't do it, next month I'm charged the full amount. They still hadn't removed the car. Excuse: sometimes it takes time....Seriously, a month! Ridiculous!
