No. Just NO! Plus, I am wondering why RJ Martinez gets away with breaking his Farmers Ins. contract? Why does Farmers Corp. allow RJ Martinez to have multiple locations, Quincy, Wenatchee and NOW one in Ephrata, with signage! which IS against his contract! If this guy cannot even adhere to his own contract, what makes you think he will adhere to yours?

Dina Cruz was a huge help in getting my newborn and myself insured. It was not an easy process by any means, it took nearly a week of every day calls to the WA health plan finder. But Dina was patient, kind, and understanding throughout it all (even when I had a mental breakdown on the phone thanks to postpartum hormones and being frustrated with the health plan finder people). My family and I have been with this agent and company since we moved to the area ten years ago, and he's the best kind of guy. Very understanding, supportive, informative, helpful. He does an excellent job in finding the right balance of coverage you'll need, answering questions and offering valuable solutions. I wouldn't switch to another insurer if it was free, is how much I like this guy.

These people are amazing, despite the Covid19 situation they are still helping others, the receptionist called me back in 10 minutes with a perfect quote for my cars and home. She is great! Ask for Jessenia shes a peoples person and knows what shes doing. Thank you.

So as a birthday present my boss gave me the down payment for broad farm insurance and put it on her credit card they insurance company knew that it was a ONE TIME thing ONLY BUT had processed her credit card and which I went back to him and I said please take off her credit card from my account. I paid my boss the cash and he ASSURED me that he HAD REMOVED it for my account!!..... only to find that the following month THEY DID IT AGAIN!! this time my payment was supposed to be due on the 17th of the month.... the 17th fell on a Sunday that Friday (thee BEFIRE THE END of business) they went ahead and ran her card again!!!! so I told hER I said que no it's not due till Sunday it's only Friday when you wait till end of business day to to see if I don't show up?? to do that I talWHILE
