I work as a loan officer and had a client cleared for closing on her home purchase until her insurance company failed to write a policy for Replacement Cost Value and only provided Actual Value. We were in trouble not to close on time, then Phil and Olivia entered the picture and swiftly got us everything we needed so we could close on time! Great service and great products, if you're in Michigan you're in luck cuz these folks will take care of you. I strongly recommend!

This is Phil, the owner. Just a quick note. 3 of the negative reviews on here are from people who have never done business with our agency. One of them, we are told, is not even a real person. We have contacted Google many times to get these "fake" reviews removed, but have not been successful. So there you have it. Be careful of believing all the reviews you may read online.
