Farmers Insurance - Paul Juergens

After using them for several years, I never got to meet with the actual Agent Paul, you only interact with his secretary/wife, Jeanette. She never returns phone calls, only answers about 1 out of every 5 phone calls. Basically, if you want her to do anything you have to physically go to her office and sit there until she does it. When trying to refi my house, the bank needed certain paperwork from her, she it took her weeks to send anything, when she did it was the wrong paperwork and took at least another week to send another batch...which I had to make sure she CCed me on to make sure she was actually sending anything at all. Throughout this process the refi agent said that in all her years she's never had an insurance agent cause so much problems. The final straw occurred when she s
