After 20 years with them we had to leave due to a competitor beat their prices. But that was the straw thsy broke the camel's back. You call for info, no return call back, ask for a vehicle to be removed, a week later still not done, make the only claim on my house in 20 years of payment, they didnt follow through and help/demand it get fixed they just say it's not in the policy, I got into an accident where I wasn't at fault, they did nothing for me.. to bad Fran had to retire.
Called in with simple questions...this lady had a bad attitude!!! she stated she has been doing insurance for thirty years, I’ve been in customer service and sales for 15 years and not once was I rude like she was!!!
Nancy knows what she’s talking about & always makes sure we’re taken care of!
Awesome customer service always willing to go the extra mile, finds me the best costs for my needs!
