Used to have a policy with this company and had to cancel my policy. After cancellation they have sent me a refund check of $8 and some change where the actual refund should have been a few hundred dollars. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks, requesting a breakdown of my refund as well as returning the actual amount that is owed to me without much progress. Bad service, take your business elsewhere.
Best agency for Farmers Insurance. Went the extra mile to unexpectedly assist me on a Saturday. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Insurance needs.
