Farmers Insurance - Michelle Gonzales-Castro

I have used Michelle's office for my Farmer's auto and home insurance for 16 years. Previously I used Don Nelms' Farmers office in Sedona for over 20 years. Farmers is a top quality brand of insurance that stands behind its policies through thick and thin. I could easily get AARP-related insurance or discounted insurance from a number of TV advertising insurance companies, however I'm old-school in the fact that I want to meet and deal with my insurance partners. No internet only or phone exclusivity. I like talking to my agent in person and I pay my bills that way, too. And how about for insuraance claims when they happen and you need help right away? Does the phone support with agents that you have never met make you feel comfortable? Not for me... Michelle's office is super efficient

Have had good service face-to-face with Michelle. Follow through can be lacking though. Asked early on about life insurance. Waited and waited with no reply. Went with another company due to lack of follow through. She does handle our car and home. That part is fine. I am sure the reminder about our other quote is tucked away somewhere, forgotten.

I've never done business here, but Michelle's a great Person. She's also my neighbor here in San Manuel Arizona!

Unexpected and huge rate increases, not taking payment when they should, pulling double payments. Very frustrating as a customer. Worst company to deal with.
