Mike is an outstanding and wonderful agent. In this day and age when customer service is a thing of the past, I can always call Mike and he is there to help me in all my insurance needs. He has been our agent for a very very long time. Mike is the BEST!!!
Worst insurance ever, told us our policy was going up $1500 next year! Now we have to find new insurance after only being with them six months! Incidentally, we both have excellent driving records. We will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau.
Both agent and office personal are great. Very helpful and love the humor that floats in the office.
