Farmers Insurance - Matthew Iles

DO NOT use this agent! I was a client from 2019-2025. One year my home owners went up 56% and without even a call (just a withdrawal with no explanation). The next year was even better when they were unable to renew my auto (again) instead of calling me for what is a VERY important issue, I just got an email to my personal email I never check. NO ONE should be ok with this service. They made a lot of money off me, but I am THRILLED to be with AAA now and saved a ton of money!

My insurance agent that I had been with for about 30 years moved on and I was reassigned to this agency. I have had nothing but problems since dealing with them. Maybe it's Farmer's, but they canceled two of six of my vehicles for not providing information. There were forms to be signed, and they were not sent to me as promised. I have been shuffled around between staff with no resolutions to my issues. Emails have been lost/deleted and policies canceled. The staff gives terrible customer service. I was treated as a second rate customer probably because I was a transfer. I do not recommend this agency or Farmer's for that matter. I am moving my vehicles to another insurance company, and guess what? I am saving money!

Always satisfied with answers to my questions. Best prices are always found for my Ins. needs. Always polite, and no matter how mixed up I get with my business there, (do to getting older and more forgetful), patients is always there and explanations are brought to me with out needing a lawyer to understand them. Very glad to be back in California and getting the great attention and value from Mathews business once again.
