Great service and knowledgeable staff. I had a need to insure a vehicle that was in storage. By no stretch did my need bring a lot of revenue to the agency. However I was treated like a VIP and got a great rate. They listen to your needs and make the effort to get you appropriate insurance at a value. Touché!

Matt has been my agent for a few years now. He handles my homes and vehicles insurance so I have no worries since he always keeps an eye on things and is always making sure I have the right coverages. He always makes sure I get the best rates too! Nice thing is he will take his time with you and not rush you! Always accomodating and helpful! Thank you Matt!!!

Matthew Hague's Farmers Insurance office gave me excellent service for more than 15 years. I had to move out of state, really tried hard to keep him as my agent but was not possible due to laws of out of state clients. He looks after the best interests of his clients as if you were part of his family. HIs office staff was helpful however he liked to also talk to his clients to build a relationship with them. He was great at making sure your policies were updated and you had the right policies for your needs. It is hard to find customer service that he gives. I really miss having him as an agent I can call and ask questions and get answers and actually speak to the agent without always having to go through a customer service agent or representative.
