This would rank in the top two worst experiences I've had with an insurance representative. I would not recommend this agency or this representative to anybody. I would refer them to Mr. Davidson would be Oshkosh area. Mr. Davidson is who I move my policy to and he gave me better customer service in 15 minutes that Mark Shipman has given me in 2 months. I've been trying to get Mark on the phone for over 6 days and have been unable to. I called Mr. Davidson one time and he was available. Again. I do not recommend this agency to anybody. If you want farmers, the Oshkosh office also serves the Berlin area.
