Farmers Insurance - Mark Martin-Williams

Mark was super helpful in getting me a bundle program with Farmers. My other insurance company was a nightmare. Mark explained all of my options available in a succinct and professional manner. He made it really easy for me to get the right coverage and save several hundred dollars a year. He was very responsive and helpful. Mark is absolutely wonderful as an insurance agent. When I called in to get insurance for my house and offered extremely good advice on what levels of insurance I should have and the reasons for those levels. he obviously understands the insurance industry very well and is able to relate that to his clients. So, I purchased a very simple renter's policy that would be hard for anyone to screw up and have had no further contact and therefore no reason to give them less than a 5 star rating. Really not much to rate at this time but no complaints with what they did.
