Farmers Insurance - Lu Ann Shaffer

I have been using Farmers on Miami for many years. Both Lou Ann and Megan are very friendly and helpful, so I understand my policies and get all the discounts I can. They are never too busy to talk to me.

Lu Ann has taken care of my insurance for almost thirty years. She is one on my un-sung heros. She has steadfastly been there for me and then my daughter with our car issues and has solved all our problems. I wish I could give her ten stars instead of five!!!

I've worked with Lou Ann many years and just recently started working with her again. Getting my house insured was so quick and easy I'm considering bundling the car.
