I have been with State Farm insurance since 1987, and although it may not have been the cheapest, I stayed because I loved the family vibe they created and the quality of their professionalism. I recently bought a new home and was forced to take out insurance with another company. I just happened to stumble onto this Farmer’s Ins branch, quite by happenstance. However, I quickly came to realize the same family friendly vibe I had enjoyed for over 38 years with State Farm is alive and well at my new insurance agent. Jerri is amazing as usual! She is always willing to help and gives 200% every single time I speak to her! With that said, I have never ever had sub-par customer service here! Everyone delivers superior customer service, you guys should teach a class for other businesses!
