Farmers Insurance - Khiem Dong

I was recommended by a friend to get insurance here. When I called, I was answered by a lady named Angie. I don't know if she has any mental health issues, but this lady was incredibly rude. She called me stupid because I asked too many questions. Please consider going somewhere else unless you want to be insulted like I was.

Khiem Dong was so great! My policy was transfered to him from Le Hoang Nguyen. He had no record of anything but he was able to assist me with what I needed.

Worst customer service ever. My policy was automatically transferred over here after my previous office got disbanded. The girl who answered was rude and not helpful. Called a different Farmers agency, currently moving all of my policies there.
