I had an extremely disappointing experience with Angela and Kevin. Angela was not only unprofessional but also made insulting and discriminatory remarks towards me because of my disability, which she expressed through written emails. This was incredibly hurtful and uncalled for. Additionally, she completely disregarded my request for rental car coverage on my policy. I have always had rental car coverage with previous insurance providers, and I specifically asked for it, yet she failed to add it to my policy. As a result, when I was hit and run, I ended up having to pay over $1,000 for a rental car while my own car was being repaired. This level of disregard for both my needs and my well-being is unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
