I'm a little bussed because Mr. Miyagishima, now the regional manager is a good friend.He has been for 35 plus years. Setting that aside, he and his organization are professional. Claims are paid proportionately to losses. And they get an A+ for diligence. If you need reliability, they are tops in the region.
Incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Multiple calls and e-mails not responded to.
Great place to get your insurance. Staff is always professional and effective.
The person we were looking for was not there however the lady that was was extremely helpful
