Farmers Insurance - Kenneth Blankenship

Ken takes care of all of our business, commercial policies and life insurance policies, and even my own personal residence, rental properties, and vehicles! I love that I can text him and he handles things for me on the fly. My wife actually totaled her vehicle first of the year, and the overall experience was efficient and professional! (She is fine by the way, but the vehicle is not) Thanks Ken and team!

Mr. Blankenship was helpful in recommending and obtaining vehicle insurance for us. However, after my partner totaled her vehicle and purchased a new one, we were unable to contact him to change the insurance policy. We sent him 4 emails and called him over a dozen times (and left messages) within 2 months with no response. The one time he answered the phone he said he was busy and would call us right back but never did. This caused us to have to pay 2 months of insurance on a vehicle that had been totaled and the policy settled. I had to contact Farmers directly and then go through another local agent to cancel the policy. It is truly a shame, as he was very professional when we first met to establish the policy.

This man does not deserve any stars. Farmers insurance has a computer determine whether or not you have people able to drive your car in your household. As a result of that, Farmers added four random drivers to my policy on two different times which jacked my prices up hundreds of dollars. Mr Blankenship assured me that he would solve this. Even though it shouldn’t have happened at all, the second time it happened, I refused to pay the jacked up costs. He dug and dodged my calls and my entire issue until it was time to cancel my policy because I did not pay. He assured me he would take care of it, but subsequently ran the clock out until my policy ended, and never had a solution to my problem.

Mr. Blankenship has gone out of his way to help us get the best price for a complex rental insurance situation. He further engaged with multiple parties in a complex negotiation to ensure the best outcome. Can’t say enough good things about his services.
