Usually like to wait a bit when starting a new business relationship. As you will be able to tell shortly this is not the case now. I called Casey for a quote about one and a half weeks ago. In that time she has me set up with two auto insurance policies that saved my several hundreds of dollars annually. Mailed my cards because I couldn't make time to pick them up and today set up my app for paperless billing with patience and a smile!!! I love the service and saving money!! Great job!!
What I found at the Kaycee Riley-Chavez Farmers Insurance was a team of dedicated and helpful people. Most enjoyable was the openness and caring attitude of each person. This made it worthwhile for me to make the drive to Moriarty just to interact. The one word for me that describes the business is, "integrity." There is a drive to give the client the best deals and an honesty that goes to the point of admitting mistakes and taking action to, "make it right!" Thank y'all.
Would not recommend this office, our bill went up 4 times since May of 2023 with no explanation. We switched back to our former insurance and just received a bill from this office and our bill went up again another $50 since it just went up in September? We are not even with Farmers or this office anymore, yet they billed us? I’m not playing around with this office or Farmers any longer. No one ever calls back or gives me an explanation as to why our rates increased, not once or twice but 4 times!!
I just want to say it started good but now its the worst experience i have had with farmers branch. Quick to take your money but when they mess up. Takes month's to return your money. Would not recommend this branch again. Sad part is have better coverage with another branch from farmers. Think twice people.
