Farmers Insurance - Joshua Poling

Joshua Poling was my agent at Met Life Auto and Home and he now is my agent at Farmers Insurance. He has demonstrated to me the value of having an agent . He has a confident , attentive approach in clarifying my insurance issues. He is professional and efficient and supportive . It is a comfort to know that I have him on my side whether I am adjudicating a claim or just asking for information about any aspect of auto and home insurance as it relates to my particular needs..

I have recently needed to make some changes to my policy and Josh has been super responsive. He has taken the time to explain the best options for my current situation and always had my best interests in regards to the coverage and the financial commitment first and foremost. I have received my temporary cards and updated policies in a very timely manner. I am confident that all of my insurance needs are being met.
