Farmers Insurance - Josh Smith

I had a great experience working with Samantha at Josh Smith’s Farmers Insurance agency. She provided excellent customer care and was able to address my concerns quickly and efficiently. Samantha was professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive throughout the process, which made everything feel easy and well handled. I truly appreciated her follow-through and the care she took to make sure things were resolved.

I was with another insurance company over 42 years, my rates were increased every 3 to 6 months. The insurance company couldn’t explain why the increase in my policy. Contacted Kristen at Josh Smith office for quotes. Kristen was able to provide coverage at a lower price and was always there when I called. Outstanding and professional from this insurance office.

Sam Ewing is awesome to work with at Farmers. She went above and beyond to help an elderly friend get the most affordable home owners rate when no one else did!! Truly grateful!

Madison is always there with total professionalism, returns calls in timely manner, helps answer any and all questions when I have them. She’s even personable and ask me how the kiddos are. She’s a gem! She helps get me the best prices, all my needed coverage and always with a smile!!! I’m so grateful to have her as my “go to” and it makes it easier to get what I need handled for insurance needs. I totally recommend her and this company!!!

Samantha was hands down just amazing!! I just happen to see the offIce and pulled in, Samantha took the time to hear my story/ frustration about my current situation and delivered me some amazing results. She got me better coverage on home and auto insurance and saved me 100 dollars a month. She hands down understands customer service, I'm so Thankful she took the time to hear me.
