-->BAD COMMUNICATION<-- Spoke to Joe on the phone. Why pick up a call if you don't have time to speak to a potential client. If they show lack of interest with potential clients, then I can't expect good communication with existing ones.

I can't say enough about the great service provided by Joe and his team. I have my Home and Business insurance through Farmers/Scaturro, and I couldn't imagine a better experience. I have put them to the test with last-minute requests on more than one occasion (sorry again!), but each "fire drill" has been handled very efficiently, and with a sense of humor well beyond what I deserved. So, in closing, my review can be summarized thusly: Give Joe's agency a chance to be your agency. do it. Do It. DO IT. Thanks.

He’s responsible, knowledgeable, and always looking to help in those difficult situations. If you’re looking for somebody to go above and beyond, look no further. Best experience I've ever had with any service. I highly recommend. Not only did Joe save me a ton of money on ALL of my insurance needs, both business and personal. Joe was very responsive, explained my policy options in detail. Joe was easy to get in touch with and responded back to me very quickly. I am happy to be saving money but I am more happy to have an agent that is easy to talk to and very responsive. I wish that I found him sooner.
