Farmers Insurance - Jorge Aguirre Baez

I called this agency to inquire why my premium had risen so much. After much run around i was finally given to speak to tiffany. Who told me it was my fault for not returning some papers that i was not aware of. They said they had spoken to my 65 yr old mother who assures me that they did not mention anything about paperwork in their conversation. When I mentioned that in 7 years i had never had any problems with my previous agent tiffany responded that agent was no longer there because she had falsified papers. Then she told me that if that was the service i was looking for i should just find another agent. Not only is this just tacky but i feel is just extremely poor business. Transferred from a wonderful Albuquerque Agent upon moving here. Have been told so many times" I'll call you back" I'm losing faith in this Agency. Still waiting on that call!!!

Went in yesterday to see about getting liability for my three vehicles and they were totally amazing and helpful to do so way better customer service than fred loya I just should of gone to them in the first place the staff was really nice especially angelica she did my quote and I ended up switching after all totally recommended them thank you guys so much
