After years as a loyal customer of this office, I just had the displeasure of the most condescending mansplaining of why my insurance rates nearly doubled all of a sudden (not due to any incident). I have never been so infuriated by a dense man talking over you endlessly sort of customer service, offering zero care, respect, or solutions. Presuming your customers are stupid & talking over them? Can you show me your PHD credentials in economics or finance? I can surely do better both financially & definitely when it comes to customer service. Very sad as I have enjoyed working with this office & agents for years. If you want respectful, smart, and helpful service you now need to look elsewhere.
I referred a friend to Jonathan for homeowners insurance for a vacation home and Jonathan was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly to talk to. I highly recommend letting Jonathan review your insurance policy to make sure you are properly covered and receive excellent customer service.
Jonathan is always able to answer my questions in the most timely manner. He follows up & explains in detail when I need clarification on changes to my policies.
