Contacted Jody about getting some quotes together to see I could save some money. While on the phone he asked me a series of questions. At first I was confused about the reasoning for such questions, like my degree as an example. Jody was polite and paitent while he explained that different compainies offer an assortment of different discounts and the questions would help he gather those details without calling me back multiple times. Jody ended up sending me 5 different quotes within the hour. Very professional. I will be reaching back out in the future for more quotes as my insurance needs change.
